The newest Express Entry draw invited PNP 627 candidates

On July 7, Canada Invited 627 PNP applicants to the latest Express Entry draw. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score requirement is set at 760 points. It means that the candidates who secured 760 points or above were selected for relocation in Canada. It was a program-specific draw for PNP applicants, which means that applicants who had the nomination from a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP they had a chance to immigrate.

The Important Aspects of the Draw

     CRS score –760

     ITA – 627

The CRS score requirement in the latest draw was 760 points, out of which 600 points are allocated against the nomination. Received, which means the minimums core requirement for the candidates was 160 points in actual.

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) applied the tie-break rule as an administrative requirement. The appellants who had the same minimum score requirement were judged against each other, and the profile was analyzed before June 14, 2021, at 07:44:05 UTC.

Why is the high number of PNP candidates getting invited in recent draws?

The pandemic situation has changed the course of Invitations as well. In 2021 Canada has conducted alternative program-specific draws for Provincial Nomination candidates and Canadian experience class applicants. This step has been taken so that public health measures are not disrupted due to traveling. Hence, the aim has been to meet the immigration target of 401,000 new immigrants to Canada this year by converting temporary workers into Permanent residents. Canada has a huge express entry appellants target also for this year which is 89,342

Thus, a huge draw was conducted on February 13, where IRCC invited a large number of CEC applicants, a total of 27,332 people.

In the PNP-specific draw, the score requirements are higher as the applicant already has 600 points from nomination.

    What is Express Entry System?

Express Entry Program is a points-based program for the selection of skilled workers for immigration. The Sub streams of the program are the Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker Program, and Federal Skilled Trades Program.

The points are calculated with the help of the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Tool and the factors that help calculate the points are skilled work experience, education, age, official language skills, and other factors.

The candidates who received a high score are selected for ITA under this program. An ITA is an invitation to apply for the PR and not a guarantee of a PR status.
