For selection, there is no job offer required, but the High scoring appellants are picked from the pool of applicants, and they are given an invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence. After receiving the ITA, the candidate has 60 days to apply along with documents for the PR.
Those appellants who are unable to immigrate through the express entry program can apply through the alternative program of provincial nomination for immigration. The applicants selected in the PNP they are eligible for additional 600 bonus points in the federal point score calculation.
